A simplest[i] is one who lives a simple yet balanced life. He sets his priorities right and focuses on the more important things of life. A simplist isn’t necessarily a poor person just a person who irrespective of how much he has, lives a simple life.

LIVING a simple, balanced life is truly rewarding. But what does it involve? First, you may need to think about your priorities. How can you do this?

Ask yourself: ‘What have I achieved so far? What remains to be done?’ List your key goals (what is really important).

E.g:

  1. …..
  2. …..
  3. …..

Today many people have a short-term, materialistic view of life. They believe that today’s work-spend consumer lifestyle is as good as life gets. Men sacrifice their happiness in accumulating stuff, only to die before they could enjoy them. But is it wrong to work hard to provide for yourself? Not at all. The problem is materialistic focus, sacrificing everything just to acquire stuff.

In contrast, a simplist works for an eternal reward – Happiness and Satisfaction.  What a marvelous reward! A life with less anxiety.

Though not having a perfect, trouble free life, a simplist lives satisfied life, content with what he has and seeks internal happiness as his primary goal.
